We voted and passed a couple of important items.

 

-HAM will continue for another year as a AWCI Affiliate Chapter.

 

-HAM will pay the AWCI membership for our new President Bob Rothen. It is required by AWCI that our President be a AWCI member in good standing.

 

-Al Takatsch will continue receiving the HT magazine for the club until it is otherwise decided.

 

-Our club needed to have a minimum of 4 Board Members. We voted and approved the following slate of board members.

 

They are David Grau & Larry Eichelberger which still had another year to serve.

-Al Takatsch as past president

-Bill Miller & Brett Louis volunteered and were voted in.

-Officers part of the Board

Bob Rothen, Dan Spath, Stan Craig, Leroy Roberts, George Tresansky

 

-Our Board Meeting will be held Saturday December 5, 2009  2pm at Bob Rothen's home.
